Truly the best Pilates studio ever! I dropped in after I noticed they had remodeled and felt so welcomed! The instructor gave a lot of individual feedback and seemed super knowledgeable. Core Pilates is definitely a challenging studio for fitness buffs/Pilates experts but makes beginners feel welcome.
My wife turned me on to Pilates years ago, and I have always found it to be a great workout. What I have found in Core Pilates is a studio that I love to be in. The owner, Dallas, is amazing and so welcoming. Whether you are a beginner just testing the waters or an old timer like me, you will love your experience at Core Pilates.
Beautiful setting, professional equipment and many classes to make scheduling easy. This place has kept me working out because Sarah, Haley and Sherry are the best instructors I have ever encountered. Pilates is challenging, but the results include strength, flexibility and pain free joints!
I love the atmosphere at Four Graces and I am so happy to be able to work here! All of the classes are challenging and fun...come visit us!
Best thing that happened for me when I moved to Oklahoma City . Feel great from the workouts .
