Great venue.. good waitresses and bar staff, clean bathrooms, was my 1st time here. Just wish they didn't rush you out soon as concert over. All else great and John Waite was Fantastic.

I've never had a bad time here! Great live music, clean bathrooms, fast bartenders, fun atmosphere. The crowd ages are completely across the board, so if you're looking for a spot to go where you won't feel too old or too young, this is the place. I've only come here on Saturday nights and it's set up like a concert space with standing room only, except a bench along the wall. It is tiered a bit so you can still see regardless of where you're standing, but if you need a seat for the show, get there when the doors open and grab a spot on the bench. It fills up fast and there's a good reason why! Enjoy!

I went here recently for a CE event. The venue, overall, is very nice. The sound was good, as everyone in the room could easily hear the speaker. The space and bathrooms were clean. I must say, however, the chairs are God awful! I'm sure the space would be great for a concert, but after sitting in the chairs for three hours, I had to leave, missing the last two hours of the event. To be fair, I do have a history of back and knee pain (although nothing recent). If you are going for an event in which you will be sitting (and you have a history of back, hip, or knee pain), I strongly reccoment bringing a cushion or back support pillow.

Good small venue and I really enjoyed the concert I went to see. The sound crew did a great job as there was a feed back issue early on they were able to isolate and fix.
The only down side was the security after the show ended. Lots of people were still around for meet and greet with the bands and during this security was forcing people to only be around the bar area. After realizing a lost personal item after leaving I had to show purchases merch from the show as proof to get back in to the security that was yelling at us to leave. After coming back in I was almost tackled by another security person as I was going back to my table where I found the lost item. I appreciate being able to go back to get it but I don't want to feel that it is the staff/security is the biggest risk to my safety.

Editing this review due to incidents both myself and my friends/family have experienced. The staff/security of this venue have been slipping over the years. Security here can make an otherwise exciting/fun night into a miserable experience. No matter who you are or what show you're seeing, the door security treats you like a criminal from the get go. I've seen them talk down to older women coming to an innocuous comedy show, roll their eyes and physically move people who are moving too slow on getting out their ID, etc. When a show ends, before the lights come up they're already pushing people to get out. Not asking, I mean literally pushing and acting like they're getting ready to 'bounce' you out.
Advice to management: tell these guys to stop watching Roadhouse and start acting like the patrons that come here aren't one step away from rioting. Common sense and customer service go a long way.
That said, TMB still pulls in great acts. I, unfortunately, only go to about half the shows I want to because I'm sick of being treated like garbage by the people running this place.

I love this place as a venue, and have been coming here since long before the place changed owners. Simple venue, no frills, pretty good line of sight from anywhere.
