Magills Famous Pizza and Buffet

Our school went here recently while on the DC class trip. I tried the pizza, but it was not very good. Their spaghetti and fries were very good though. Their soft serve ice cream machine was awesome and was a huge hit. With that said, someone from our school found ants in the salt shaker and ants near their food. The bathrooms were also dirty. However, they accommodate a large party fairly well for something such as a DC class trip.

My school went here to eat after our trip to Washington, D.C. When we got there, I ate spaghetti, pizza, and macaroni and cheese from the buffet, and it was all very satisfying and tasty. The spaghetti sauce was just straight out of a jar so it wasn’t very flavorful on its own, but the tables were provided with crushed red pepper and Parmesan cheese along with normal salt and pepper, which solved that problem. The chicken and macaroni were great on their own and the employees were friendly. My friends said the same things about their food. The ice cream machine and toppings were awesome. We also had a great time at the arcade and my friend got a 1,000 ticket jackpot. I don’t know why this place has bad reviews, because my overall experience there was great and I wish there was one of these restaurants close to where I live.

Oh the horror. I will not be going here again. Ranch dressing with food poisoning. Ice cream with toenails. My friend ate the salad and almost died the next day! Even if your school doesn't have that much money don't waste it on this place. Go to a better one star place that in the end won't kill you after you eat their. The only redeeming thing about this place was the people in it, and I'm not talking about the staff. The students in our school made it actually worth it to go. I guess they had karaoke but is that redeeming enough for the epicenter of an atomic explosion. On a more serious note my chin had to use up almost all of it's power to survive in that environment. The amount of death in the air. The pizza was utterly gross. They probably got cardboard and put cheese in a can the microwaved it and called it "famous" pizza. Why do they call this place famous. It's horrible -11111110000000999999/10 seriously rethink your choice to go here.

Awesome buffet! Lots and lots of choices! Handled 3 large (bus loads) groups of kids with ease! Very organized. Don't forget awesome food too!!!

Sadly, it wasn’t as bad as the reviews sensationalized it to be. As soon as I walked in, I felt like I was an extra in a dystopian parody of Grease. It smelt like my grandma’s house, fallen cushions and all. Unfortunately, nothing shocking about the food—no ants. Everything was just incredibly bland. The soda was watered down, and came in small plastic cups. The kitchen was dirty, and the waitresses were wearing plastic bag aprons. The only upside was the ice cream, which was pretty decent. No doubt they suck off of cheap Washington DC trip school’s teets. Wouldn’t recommend.
