Management is very rude... the lot increase every year is way to much this last May the increase was $59.... !!! For what we don't know..75% of the mobile homes are trash... nobody mows or edges, or takes care of their yards let a loan their homes..

It's a trailer park. No parking on the streets, guest parking is few and far away. Speed limit is 11 1/2 mph. Some yards are nice some are not. Same with the trailers. Some nice, some not. Lots if kids running around after school. Lots of cars with loud bass and loud exhaust. Seemed quiet at night but I wouldn't hang around too late..

We were going to put an offer in on a lot in this park however we arrived at 4:57 pm and was rudly greeted at the door of the office stating they were closed. we arrived at the earliest time convenient to us she wouldn't even let us drop off the application. Thier loss they lost a hard working 5 star renters because we couldn't get thier withing worse than banking hours. I truly hope the owners of this property see this review because eventually this managers poor customer service attitude will bite them in the a@#

They threatened to take our homes bc of supposed clean up needing on the property. They did this to quite a few residents

When i first moved in I was told my area was reserved for older people. Since i moved here 3years ago they have moved family after family next to me.i dont likethat they are very noisy and unfriendly or dont speak english. And the office is always Critizing my yard when there are so many yards that look so much worse. I do my best but im old and poor and have to hire everything done. My yard looks nicer than half the people here. Also my lot rent has went from $650.00 a month and in 3 years its now almost $900.00. I think that lot rent way too high for living in a park that is going downhill faster than than the other parks around here. I would re consider moving here had i known. I think they are greedy slum lords! Wish i could move.

Management here is always available and will tell you exactly how it is. Lora and Sierra take their work very seriously and are great to work with.

The park is really working on improving the look of the place. The people who live here are exceptional. Very friendly and nice to everyone. The management have their hands full trying to juggle everything, especially with the covid restrictions, but they are doing remarkably well, especially with the new owners and changes.

I read all the reviews before moving in & honestly I was scared to death I was going to hate living here because all of the bad things said about the management, the office and the matinence staff. After over two months of living here , Lora & the other Womanwhich I'm assuming is her Daughter everyone is talking abouthave been nothing but absolutely the opposite of all the reviews I've read! Lora has been nothing but Patient, friendly, understanding & kind each time I've talked to her on the phone & in person. Her Daughter I've only interacted with a few times & she was really helpful & really patient with our family during the application process , etc... Even though I know she had to tell each one if us the same thing /many things several times!!! I know they have a lot of people to deal with , there are a lot of spaces , I believe 360 lots I think was the number I got they are responsible for just here in Majestic Oaks & I'm sure that entails ALOT OF WORK!!! I have had no problems here & I am thankful & appreciate the management here!!!

I reside here, and 90% of the residents DO NOT take care of their yards. The management sends out notes, but basically turns a blinds eye to it. Our lot increases every year between $30 to $35.. for park improvements.. there have been no improvements that I can see, our "amenities are a swimming pool, pool table, excercises equipment, and a hot tub that hasn't worked in 3 maybe 4 years...humm I'd better stop here..

I lived here for 18 months.. pathetic.. cats were breeding everywhere and crapping all over my yard.. they take well over $500 a month and you get nothing for it.. they don't shovel your walks.. they don't landscape your property.. so why so much money each month? I was out of town and got back one day after rent was due and there was an eviction warning taped to my door.. one day i was cleaning my driveway with a hose and one of the managers had a fit that the water was flowing into the street.. word of warning, don't live here.. it's miserable and management is putrid.. if you still decide to live here you should get some psychological help.
