Worst management company experience ever!! Slow to no response to unit owners, pushed the majority of the HOA work onto the board. Inaccurate guidance and allowed operations that conflicted with governing docs. Don't use them to manage your HOA. You will get nothing but a headache in return. We moved over to HOA Strategies who has been amazing in all regards. Now the board provides general oversight and all things that should be done by the management company are handled correctly. Thanks for nothing Western Management, you should just shut down business.

When we signed up with Western Mgmt. there were two ladies running the company. Sidney and Shelly were GREAT! They have been gone for several years and the company has really gone down hill. It is now REALLY BAD!

I swear no one works here and they just collect a check. No one answers the phone or returns emails.
