Major Medical

An absolutely first rate experience! Tony provided me with exceptional help to receive my O2 system, learn its safe use and make a sincere offer of continued assistance. My recent stroke has left me a bit disoriented. Tony's patience was most welcome! I've also lately received from Major Medical, a rolling walker and C-PAP device. In every instance, the help I've gotten has been amazing! The products themselves are of great quality, but it is the wonderful service that has been the most pleasant surprise! It is not possible for me to more highly recommend a business than Major Medical! If anyone from Major Medical happens to read this, I thank you for easing the difficulties of my recent medical issues! John Mullikin

My experience with your company start off so wrong. My dad has one of your oxygen machine. It stop working but no alarms went off. He call to get a new one delivered. The Customer Service Rep was so rude and not caring. He is an 85 year man went oxygen level very low. I understand he does not want to send someone out if it is user error but we tried everything before calling. However, Tony was sent out. He arrived timely, he agree that the machine was not working but what was most impress is that he treat my 85 year old dad with respect and not like a child. That was so kind. Perhaps your customer service phone person could learn something from Tony.

The same day we left the NICU with our son we already had Major Medical calling us with our order (that's outstanding customer care). I didn't expect a delivery that same day due to our late discharge from the hospital, but they made it happen! Tony Thrower arrived at our home with all the items needed to make sure our little guy was going to have a comfortable first night at home. He went through the steps and made it as easy as 1-2-3. His instructions left us feeling confident in our abilities to add the oxygen as part of our new parents routine! Thanks Tony!

Tony was absolutely amazing... we spent 2 days in the hospital with our 17month old and were released but she needed oxygen 24/7 we got discharged late night and Tony arrived pretty promptly, he immediately spotted where to put the machine had it put together in like 90sec. He made everything very simple “1..2..3” There was a mixup with the Tanks, but the issue was solved with no problems. (Bonus:Tony didn’t wake the baby up). Highly recommend.

Andrew, Anthony and Eric are wonderful. I've been with this company since 2014 and I've never had any problems getting my tank filled consistently. They've always gone the extra mile to help me. I'm having to switch to another company for insurance reasons and have already seen that they aren't going to be as good as Major Medical. I highly recommend them. ~Laura Diedrichs Wheat Ridge
