They rented me an oxygen concentrator with no instrucrions and was defective. Charged me $325.00 for 1 week rental, plus $500.00 damage deposit. One of the batteries fell out of the bottom while on our trip. Couldn’t find it. Poor design on machine, batteries on the back side, nothing to keep them from working loose and falling out. Returned the machine and was told they would have to “test” the machine to see if I was at fault. Ended up charging me the $325.00 plus the $500.00 damage for the lost battery. Don’t give them your business they will try to rip you of!!!

Nice locally owned shop with personal attention you won't find in the national chain shops. Great selection and prices for every budget. Good quality, durable home medical support equipment. Knowledgeable staff.

Just called for assistance in getting a wheelchair to rent since we are flying INTO Denver. Started to explain that Southwest Airlines keep breaking our wheelchair so we needed to rent one at our destination. She was so busy laughing that she didn't even listen to 30% of the explanation. I understand that GIVING SOUTHWEST AIRLINES ANY WHEELCHAIR IS A MASSIVE MISTAKE. I deal with customers all day long, and even if the story is 30 minutes long,I give them the respect of listening to the whole statement before bursting into sheer laughter and ignore 70% of my request.

I was able to take mother into the store & have her pick out her own lift chair with personal pay. They designed it just the way she needed it & delivered it with no issues. Mother couldn't be happier, as it was all her choice, in what she needed in a chair. I'm pleased that mother is pleased, nice doing business with you all. Thank you
