HMS was seriously amazing today. I called nearly every medical supply store in the city and could not find a tiny toddler walking boot. They had the exact size I needed and this lovely lady sat down on the floor with me and helped me strap it on my son. What a great experience following a pretty crappy few days. I would recommend.

WOW. This place is amazing. I stopped by on a whim to find a transport rollator for my mom. The lady there helped me try out different walkers and even offered to get the transport rollator out of the back stock off a high shelf, and get it down for me to see if I liked it. She demonstrated how it worked and all the features and let us try it around the store. This was all AFTER she knew that we had Medicare and they do not bill Medicare there. She even offered to find another place for us that takes Medicare that could get us one!!!!!! Fast forward a few weeks.... I visited multiple other DME stores that DO take Medicare for DME and they all treated us HORRIBLY. The lovely experience at HMS set us up for super disappointment everywhere else. Half the OTHER stores I went to wouldn't even let me touch anything, let alone sit in it and refused to order anything. I called back Home Medical Supplies and the guy on the phone answered all my questions patiently and willingly and offered to look into details even though it wasn't typically his department. The people here are willing to spend the time to HELP PEOPLE even if the money won't come their way. Hands down... I am going to march down to HMS and buy the transport rollator I want from THEM. Why? BECAUSE THEY DESERVE TO ACTUALLY HAVE MY MONEY. Forget Medicare and their forcing patients to have denigrating care from other businesses that have horrible customer service. I'm going to HMS for my DME needs as self pay for as long as I can afford it and when I can't afford it anyone I'll just tell everyone else to go there too.

Amazing staff - super knowledgeable and helpful. They even came out and helped me load the car. Could not have had a better experience renting an amazing knee scooter. Thank you!
