Super fast delivery of the Tens unit. Very knowledgeable and polite customer care. They are through about billing and insurance n what I might be responsible for. Great company and my unit is amazing. It has so many therapeutic settings it's more then just a tens. So close to what you would use during a physical therapy session.

They were so helpful and efficient in getting my son his Zynex medical device shipped out. They told us what signatures we had to get and made it really straight forward and easy. We have been using this same product from his physical therapist and chiropractor. They are the best machines around and we are grateful to have it! Thank you!

Very professional and made sure I understood everything in the ordering process as well as the shipping. Product came in two business days. Regional head contacted also. Very friendly and hands on. Any questions were answered and was encouraged to call if anything came up. If adjustments needed in the future many ways to contact. Very efficient.

My representative who helped me was Morgan! He was Awesome. Totally took care of my billing error and was happy to do it. He was so nice and considerate. Made sure everything was completed for me. Zynex medical called me on a Tuesday to say my Dr ordered a muscle stim for me which I needed. They were very helpful and told me I would have it soon. I got home after physical therapy Friday and it was waiting for me. Couldnt have made it easier. Thank you Zynex.! Awesome
