Finding a quality independent diamond appraiser in the heart of NYC is harder than you think. I am so happy that I found Manhattan Appraisers, from the first phone call to my appointment everyone was very professional and great to deal with. Justin was very knowlegeable and able to answer the many questions I had. Bill who I sat with for my appointment was kind and explained to me every step of the process as he appraised my ring. These guys are very professional and very experienced. They appraised my diamond with great accuracy and while I waited. They graded my diamond exactly as it was on the GIA report without showing it to them first. Since then I have been back to have the diamond appraised in its new setting at no charge.
