Update: Anyone can go to AAVacations and book a trip. Carianne: Your role is to help when there are issues. This is the business you are in. You called me and somehow had the audacity to mention you not getting a day off when we are panicking trying to get home due to an emergency. You ended it by saying “wish you the best” and didn’t once offer to jump in and call American Airlines. We paid for first class seats and a first class experience— Mann Travels is far from first class. For Mann management: An emergency email address / text contact would easily solve for phone issues due to island connectivity. Many of your destinations have poor phone service and not getting the voicemail - when we also emailed - and making no attempt to address the issue with American isn’t acceptable. Original post: We have an emergency and left a message on your emergency line 4 hours ago— No response. What’s the point of a travel agency that isn’t available when you need them most?

Booked my last 2 cruises with Mann. I'm a big fan of the Park Rd office in particular. They treated my wife & very well and even went so far as to provide a few perks on our last trip. I gave them the details of where i wanted to go and they found the perfect cruise at the perfect price. I really appreciate being to put a deposit down and pay down the cost of the trip over time. Pretty sure you can't get this level of service anywhere else.

My friends and I know travel- and if my friend rates them poorly I will. Awful customer service- there’s customer service and then there’s just skating by. Maybe you need new staff, maybe you should just close. Unclear which is better.

Not Happy with this agency at all. I paid for my trip and that was a chore in it's self. I ask many times for my Booking Number for my Cruise and I was questioned as to what I wanted with it!!!!! I want it because I have paid and I want it to register it with Carnival. So if you want to book any excursions or order for your room ahead of time you need the booking number. I keep getting the run around by the people who work there. Worse so called Travel Agents ever.... Save yourself some grief,,,, Do not Use them.

Worked with Michael Holladay in planning a cruise during Christmas. I required some special assistance due to a disability and Michael was able to coordinate with Carnival to ensure I received the accommodations I needed. I will be recommending Michael and Mann Travels to everyone I know, including anyone who has physical or mental limitations.

I contacted Mann Travels about a cruise. They ask great questions about my likes and wants and in no time they gave me options. They did the work and research which made planning a cruise easy. I recommend Mann Travels.

My overall trip was phenomenal. It wouldn’t be workable without Mann Travel Parks Road I had the most comfortable stay in the fanciest hotel and enjoyed sumptuous meals with the restaurants they reserved for me. It was memorable and I couldn’t wait for the next one.

Mann travel became the corporate travel partner for our company so I was obligated to use them. However customer service is poor, they are disorganized and are completly out of touch with prices. I had them quote a trip to Europe for business which seemed high. A quick check on Orbitz and in 10 minutes I had booked a superior trip for 30% less. a month later I needed to change some Euros back to USD and was in the area. Again, poor service in an office that looks like a bomb went off. Then the best part was offering me $55.23 for 55 Euro. After i said no way, they went up to $61. I again refused and they practicaly threw the Euros back at me. The exchange rate currently is 1.436 Euro to USD, so i should have been closer to $80. Beware folks, I wouldnt trust these guys to get a trip right or price fairly.

The staff are kind, involved, and attentive. I've read some negative reviews here but decided to go anyway to book our honeymoon. My husband and I had a very pleasant experience!
