If I had an opportunity to give no stars I would. As soon as I walked in to get information on setting up a trip The travel agent immediately gave me short talk to rush me out the door. Never did she asked me where I would like to go, look at pricing or trying to see what I would like to do. She took one minutes to walk to a counter to give me a book and tell me I can look in the table of contents to find where I want to go. She didn’t even take time to label the book Very rude and disrespectful behavior I would never recommend anyone to go to this travel agency if you want a good vacation. DO NOT GO HERE. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU

Still waiting for Christy to follow up from a call made at the end of May!!! Would I recommend this office!!! That's a no!!! Hopefully I'm the only one that this has happened to!!!

We went in to get some information about a cruise ship wedding and we spoke to Joni. She was AMAZING! Extremely informative and helpful and definitely knew what she was talking about. She was more than happy to give us pricing and information not only for our room but for our potential guests. Although they couldn't coordinate the wedding event itself she gave us information on how to contact the cruise ship for information and that they would help coordinate just the rooms and the guests rooms. We will DEFINITELY be going back and highly recommend all of our guests and everyone else go see Joni!
