A few years ago my husband and I brought our very sick pet in to be seen on a Saturday. The woman at the front desk (“Jennifer”) showed zero compassion. Their staff did not perform any kind of assessment on our pet as we waited in the lobby. Tater ended up passing away in the lobby while we waited to be seen. When we told the front desk staff that he he had died and we were leaving they did not even have the decency to offer any kind of condolences. I will never recommend this clinic to anyone after being treated so shabbily. My only other expirence with them was fine from a treatment standpoint, but again I was treated badly by the front desk staff. The person who I spoke to insinuated that I would not be able to pay them for the services I was receiving. I recommend that this veterinary practice only be used as a last resort. Dr. Rach in Hemphill and Dr. Allerdayce in Many are both better options.

I've had to go to this vet office twice while visiting family. Both times were great experiences but then... I boarded my dachshund over the weekend. He needed two shots so I had them take care of it. They charged a $30 office visit because the tech had to check his temp, not the vet a tech. There was also a $7.50 check in fee. I was told about that fee but not about an office visit charge. When I picked him up, he was in an outside kennel that was nothing but gravel and so hoarse from barking. I have no idea if that is where he slept or how long he'd been out there. When I got home, he went straight to his food bowl. It was as if he hadn't eaten breakfast. He was taking meds. I have more pills than I should. The exact number that he should have been given over the weekend! Next time, I'll drive the 3 hours it takes to bring him to his regular vet. Such a disappointment.
