I went here to get my dogs’ teeth cleaned. It was less than half the price as every vet I could find in Shreveport/Bossier. Also, they include everything except for extractions (only like $25) in the base price so you don’t get surprised by some huge charge. They took great care of my babies. Well worth the drive.

If you are wondering why you may be losing business it’s your uneducated lady answering the phone that’s seriously lacking compassion for your patients.

I would of happily gave this business 5 stars - but unfortunately the front desk associate was rude and very unfriendly. They should really consider someone with some customer service experience for their Receptionist.

A clean veterinary facility with boarding. They have a large play area for dogs and will take cats as well. Staff was friendly and the vet is great. They can get busy so call ahead!
