Margaritaville Coffee Shop

Ordered two dark chocolate frappes, and once they were made I tried one and it tasted odd. I looked at the cups and they said mocha. So of course we went back up to the service counter, and here's how it went: Me: "Hi, we just ordered two dark chocolate frappes and got mochas instead." Employee: "We don't have dark chocolate, only ghirardelli." (The name of the flavor on the menu was Ghirardelli dark chocolate) Me: "Yeah, that's what I meant." Employee: "Mocha has chocolate in it." Me: "But we ordered dark chocolate, which we've gotten before, not mocha." Employee: "Well we're out of the chocolate flavoring." When we ordered, the first employee never mentioned that they were out of the flavoring and never offered to substitute for a different type. Both employees were rude, didn't make eye contact and were terrible at their jobs. We've loved the coffee here before, but if their service doesn't get better then we'll be reluctant to return again.

Coffee was awful and the prices are high. $12 for 2 cofees and another $9 for 3 jarrito sodas for my kids. I can get the jarrito on a grocery store for .79. Service wasn't very impressive either.

Got a caramel latte and it tasted really bland. I was pretty disappointed at the lack of flavor. It tasted like it was more water than coffee. Wouldn't recommend unless you really just want to say you went to this place because it says margaritaville

Very bad service! I ordered caramel macchiato and it was awful. I asked for my money back and they refused. I asked for a hot chocolate substitute and it was water with a little chocolate flavor and cold. I asked again for my money back and they refused. The girl has a terrible attitude! Don't go There!

Coffee is good but could be better. Seemed watered (milked?) down. Too much milk to coffee ratio. Baristas were friendly and cheerful.
