I would totally give more stars if I hadn't had issues with my order being incorrect and being given crumbs instead of chips. The staff was apologetic but a customer shouldn't have to double check a menu to verify what's missing from their sandwich,  especially if it's one of their best sellers. I didn't come in looking for problems or a handout but when issues occur an offer to at least comp a drink would have been nice considering the circumstances. Their coffee is fantastic, the staff is courteous and the food is good (especially when correct as ordered. )

One of our favorite coffee houses! We buy their flavored coffee beans at least once a month if not more & always get a couple of lattes to go. Their pastries are so good! Love the almond scone! Beautiful old building too

Simply awesome. The service is always top notch with ACTUAL happy people. The coffee is great and the lunch is good as well.

The Coffee Company has the best coffee I have ever had in my life. I consistently order 3-4 bags of Appalachian Morning and Vanilla Buttercream. Only place I trust for my coffee needs.

Just wanted to pick up plain chicken salad sandwich on crossaint for elderly mother in nursing home. Kitchen closes at 3. No concessions at 3:03. Sorry, your loss of business.
