Marina Rentals

We rented some watercraft from Marina Rentals and loved it. The machines were on the docks ready to go, and the checkout was quick. Everything was explained to us up front and it all turned out as expected. The blue lake is very beautiful and lovely. Highly recommend!

This location is super-convenient with the boat rentals on the docks in the water. The boat rentals are top-notch and the best. They even have a floating store building where you can go on top to enjoy the beautiful scenery. You can also purchase fish food and feed the numerous carp right off the docks.

We love Marina Rentals! We have rented from them two years in a row and will continue to rent from every year. Zach and the rest of the staff are amazing! What wonderful customer service. They are kind and super friendly! This year the ski rope accidentally got caught in our propeller. We tried everything we could to no avail. We called them and they we very kind and understanding! They had a team member come and tow us in to the marina, where they got the rope off in seconds and had us back on the water. They even gave us another hour free! You won't find that anywhere else, which is why we love renting from them. We will be back many years to come! Also, the 17 passenger boat is amazing! We load it with our families and it pulls wakeboarders and skiers with ease. Thanks Marina Rentals!

We rented the 8-person capacity 270 horsepower boat, this boat did not have much power at all, there were only 3 of us for this 8 person boat and we had trouble getting the skier out of the water, we had to put one person in the front of the boat to get it going, this made it difficult, if there were two users only then you would be out of luck. We let them know half way through and we were told they get a few complaints about this but had no solution. It was clear the boat was not maintained much at all, the stereo speakers were blown and stereo was completely UN-usable, seats where ripped and cushions falling apart, some food was still left under seats. some of the spaces under seats for fish I suppose were dirty and full of water. We brought the back 1 hour early because of the multiple problems, We were not refunded for time not used nor did they seem to be worried about the quality of the boat and said the boat was sufficient to ski with and that most don't rent boats to use the stereo, which i disagree and mentioned in that case you should not advertise the stereo on the boat description. We were given about a $30 discount (Which I did not think was sufficient to keep me as a satisfied customer) and were told by manager that they get enough business and were not interested in keeping me as a satisfied customer because of that. Overall The staff where polite and knowledgeable but in my opinion they are charging top quality rental rates for low quality product and they are completely satisfied with doing so.

We rented a wave runner here. I had to call serval times and the staff was very kind and professional. We will for sure use again. The only reason I gave four instead of 5 was for the area. It was very crowed. Not very welcoming. But water is very high so that might make things harder for them. Just felt a little run down. But the waverunner was in excellent shape.
