North Beach Rentals

We rent equipment from this business every summer. The machines are always very nice and well maintained. The north beach of Bear Lake is very beautiful all sand (no pebbles). The staff is friendly and helpful. If you want to rent boats or Sea-Doo's, this is definitely the place.

We rented a kayak for an hour. We thought there was sand in the bottom of the boat...until we got out in the water and realized it was THOUSANDS of dead bugs. The whole time they were clinging to our clothes and skin and were literally everywhere, and would have been impossible to get out without flipping the kayak. It was so disgusting we ended our hour that we paid for at 30 minutes and when we dropped it back off and returned all the equipment. When we told the employees about the bugs and the state of the equipment the one turned and laughed in the other employees direction and said "yeah there are just a lot of bugs out here." She was extremely rude so we suggested they maybe use the hose to spray the equipment off occasionally. We still paid a full hour. NEVER coming back again. Between the state of the equipment we rented and the attitude of the employees there is absolutely no reason to give this place your buisness. Ill also be watching my bank account carefully to make sure they actually refund my $50 deposit.

Amazing customer service! The employees were especially knowledgeable and helpful. I really appreciated how they made my family and myself feel like privileged guests. A little expensive though.

Okay service. Nothing spectacular. But nothing horrible. They did credit us for the time we didn't have our equipment due to their being late.
