Idaho Water Sports

Customer satisfaction is huge in a business and I was more than pleased with the help I received when I went to Idaho Water Sports to get heaters inserted into my ski boots. Trent Pinther was so helpful making sure I knew how to use/operate the inserts and then going the extra mile to help me get another option when the inserts did not work well for me. My skateboard wheels were loose and one of my wheels was not turning correctly. I came here to buy a tool (this happened a couple of months ago) because I live really far away and just stopped by to skateboard and someone from the park told me to come here. They didn't have any tools in stock but they offered to let me borrow theirs. They also gave me some oil to help me oil up my bad wheel, which helped a lot. I have to come back here to give them some business for being so kind. I imagine they have amazing customer service if they were willing to help me even though I didn't buy anything because they were out of stock.

I have now purchased 2 bikes from Idaho water sports. Great service each time. I know the prices are a bit higher than other places, but it comes with a sense of security. I don't have to worry about the quality of the bikes I bought. They even double checked the tuning on them while I was there. Great staff, great product, and great service.
