Very helpful. Super friendly. They helped us when we were broken down on a cross country trip even tho we eventually had to go to the dealer.

These guys are great. They owned up to a mistake that they made, and fixed it. Oh, did I mention they did it for free!!!??? They are always polite. Only issue I had with impoliteness, and the only reason their not getting five stars besides price, is one of their mechanic's was rude this last time I went in and when I was leaving, the same guy said anyways smuggly like I interrupted his conversation. But as for Chris Mikesell and Liz at the front desk. AWESOME customer service. Chris himself texts and calls to make sure I am satisfied with their work. What owner do you know that does that. 

Anyways I am always satisfied with work that has been done, and the one time i wasn’t they went out of their way to fix it, without blaming me. I will stay a loyal customer to them. Only issue I have is price, but any place is going to charge high.

Addison Car Care did a great job fixing my truck.  I have had the same code popping up for over a year.  kept taking it to my regular mechanic and was never fixed.  Chris and his mechanics had it for one day and found and fixed the problem.  Everyone was super friendly.  Would gladly recommend them to all my family and friends.   Thomas and Shawna Fraser

So impressed and happy with this repair shop! My husband and I were on our way to Denver when our Volvo SUV broke down outside of town. We phoned Addison early the next day and thankfully took us in same day. They even found a part from a salvage yard - very clever since we would have been stuck for days waiting for a new part to be delivered! We were on the road within the same day and our vehicle is driving great. Thank you so much Addison Car Care!
