I was pretty unimpressed with the first delivery of an expensive furniture item to my client, I am unsure as to where the damage to the item came from, but there were scuffs and staining and something sticky on the arm of the couch. Upon redeliver of a replacement item, they were 45 minutes late for their 11am-3pm time window, and seemed to have no idea of what needed to be done or taken care of in terms of set up and NON removal of the other damaged item. I was unimpressed with my interaction with the front desk lady, but I will say, Sherri was and has been phenomenal to work with. I order A LOT of items for clients that have a third party delivery team in place and I am extremely nervous to have to work with them in the future.

Over and beyond my expectations! When one of my items got separated from the entire delivery, the warehouse staff brought it to my work personally, within just a few hours. I am more than impressed with this company and their commitment to customer service. I will definitely be using them again!

The couch I ordered was delivered in the time frame I scheduled and was in perfect condition.
