I had a great experience at this store! Costumer service was great. I thought my charging port was broken so I went in and they cleaned it out for me and suggested I had no work done because it worked fine after that. The honesty was much appreciated.

I was just in the store and was assisted by Tristen and Andrew. In and out quickly with the battery  replaced  on my phone.  God Like young men, very courteous and helpful.  I am sure I saved $1,000. by not replacing the phone.  I highly recommend this store

This is my second visit to this store (for two separate iPhone issues) and have had excellent customer service experience. Techs were helpful, knowledgeable and more importantly, very patient with me. Answered all my questions and fixed both issues as well. Definitely recommend this place for those in need of iPhone repair.

I went in to get my shattered 5s fixed, and it didn’t take long. However, the screen quality was awful! When you pressed on the screen, it would make this weird rainbow effect type thing, and I couldn’t click anything! That’s why I just resulted to getting an iPhone 7. DO NOT GO HERE.

I had a small circuit board that needed some solder repair.  Not only did they fix it fast, but because of the size of the job, they did it pro bono.  Great customer service!!
