I am so happy that I took my PlayStation (PS4), to this place to be fixed. It stopped ejecting the disc and also wouldn't read an inserted disc.
I tried fixing it myself (oops - don't do that), and quickly realized I was in over my head. Michael was the one to look at my system. He did an AMAZING job. He worked on it until it was as good as new. He kept me completely informed throughout the whole process. And the price was completely reasonable. Michael must have spent a good deal of time working to make sure the system was fixed properly.
I am so thankful for him going above and beyond. Thank you!!! My poor, deprived children were going to have to go without the PlayStation ALL SUMMER. Which means my house would have been destroyed out of bored. You saved me a great deal of money AND cleaning.
Kids are playing Minecraft as I write.
Update to comment on any negative reviews. I think people don't realize how time consuming some of these fixed can be. Even if it's a small capacitor or resistor on a board, these guys/gals have to find them first. And it's not realistic to think they can simply plug it into a program to tell them exactly what to fix. There are hundreds, thousands of different schematics for all the different products they are capable of fixing. There's really a LOT to it. If you can fix your own faulty ribbon cable, cool. But if it doesn't work after you do that, definitely take it to these guys. And don't be afraid to ask questions. Michael was MORE than willing to go over exactly what he was doing. And asked questions about what exactly was wrong. I realize being without a phone or other common device is difficult because we're so used to using them. But having them rush the job isn't a good idea if you want the device fixed properly.

I hate to give a one star just because this doesn't directly relate to the company, but it has to do with who they contract their phone repairs out to, so here it goes. I was excited I found this place because from what I can tell, they are the ONLY place in Boise that will do software fixes on cellphones. My phone was stuck in a boot loop so I took it here. After 3 weeks me and my wife had called 5 times to check on my phone. Each time they said they would leave Michael, the guy they contract phone repairs out to, a message and have him call us back. He never did. We caught him once before he left and he said he could fix it for $60, but I asked him to call me back before he worked on it because I wanted to know if he thought it would be a permanent fix. Never heard anything again. Finally I just went and picked up my phone. The owner did call and apologize for Michael, but I'm just not sure why they would contract out to someone so unreliable. 3 weeks they had my phone. 3. It's still broken.

Bought a handful of things from these people. They have a decent selection of stuff. DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE BUYING A PRODUCT. Depending on who you get at the counter they tell you everything is compataible, but indeed are not. I had bought a pre built Gaming PC when they were in their old building. After a few weeks of continued issues I took the computer apart to find out that 6 out of the 8 Mother board screws were loose. One was striped completely and not making contact with the case at all. I'm giving them a 3 star rating only because they have a great return service if something doesnt work. They also have great software repair. Besides being a more AMD biased builder they have decent selection for Intel parts.

I brought in my computer with some issues. The staff diagnosed the issues, and then called me to explain what was going on and offer solutions. They made the repairs quickly and I picked up the computer within a short time after. I am happy with my experience and will return again should I have future computer needs.

Update: I changed my rating based on the response I received from Rich. He personally reached out to me to find out more about my situation and see how they can improve in the future. To me, that is customer service at it's finest. He easily could've wrote it off or blamed me, but he didn't. He was sincere in his effort to make things right and do better. Because of this , I will give them another opportunity to work on our computers if an issue arises. Thanks Rich!
I've taken my laptop & pc here before, but not anymore. My laptop was slow and not working properly so I took in a few weeks ago. About a week later I picked it, they gave me a list of everything they did and told me it was working great. I got it home and it never even got to the password screen. I tried to hard boot it a few times and it still wouldn't work. I put it away for a while because I was too busy to deal with it. When I tried to get it to work about a week later, I got the blue screen of death with a message saying it needed to restart. After that it was stuck in the boot cycle. I took it back in last Saturday, only to be told my hard drive is dead. My husband and I tried to explain that we really needed irreplaceable files off of there, but they said they haven't had any success yet and they would continue working on it. The kid that was helping us was really apathetic.
