Went in here to get an unlocked phone to switch to a new carrier. I was in and out of here in under 15 minutes with new phone in hand. The staff here has changed and now are very helpful and attentive and your questions are answered promptly. If someone doesn't know the answer to what you're looking for they'll find someone that does. My Outlook on this Best Buy has changed from past experiences. I will definitely keep shopping at this place.

I only exchange currency for goods with 2 people Bridgette and David. If they are not in the establishment I float home. Said humans are great and make my time on this earth at that spot complete. 10/10 yep

Love this place and the Geek squad gave me valuable info. For my computers for just neing a customer there; for free and you cannot beat that... Very helpful and very informative.

Entered store with little time to pick up headphones as a present. Found skull candy headphones hanging on rack for $20.00 with different color ones above for $50.00. Asked floor personnel about price and inquired if it accurate. He had stated that it was and on sale possibly because of color difference that had been described on sticker. Took headphones to counter and they could not find correct bar code number, but said were $50. Counter agent asked me to take picture and return. I did and she had stated that I had been correct and they would honor price. Computer did not allow her to enter and she called for manager. Manager investigated and said he would honor the price or do anything, despite they had made the mistake! So, Johnath smith (Manager) after burning 35 minutes of my time and being told that I was correct by two other employees and would honor the price, he just gave me theold too bad!!! Never returning despite spending thousands on co.puters and phones. Get your store together Jonathan!!! Waste my time over your mistakes and then go back on what two employees said was correct. Looks like you should be running the cash register and the other two employees should have your managers position!!! That is all!!

Best Buy's return policy used to be very poor and I stopped shopping there. It has gotten better and now I'm back. Last return was very easy and I actually ended up buying something more expensive.
