Nathan was so nice and just an overall sweet guy. I got really confused about what to do with my MacBook Pro and how much storage I would need on a new hard drive. Lucky, he was very patient and asked all my questions. Worth every nickel! He saved me from having to buy a new Mac (which is thousands of dollars) by just installing a new hard drive (a couple of hundred) and high probably added 3+ years to my ol' Mac. He works some tech sorcery! Highly satisfied overall

Nathan was professional, personable and patient. He made me feel justified in my concern and worked way longer than 10 minutes to help diagnose my computer and phones issues. He also answered phone calls after the appointment. I will not take my Apple products anywhere else!
