Best Buy

I rarely go into a best buy but needed something right away for a gift and so we have it a go. It was a descent experience. Found the gift with some help from staff and were able to get in and out pretty quickly. Got distracted by a couple things in the process, but left without any impulse buys.

I like Best Buy and when I need help their staff is helpful and courteous. Trying to find particular items in the store can be challenging at times. I personally like to shop on their website and pick up at the store. I find their pick up experience is pretty quick and it eliminates the challenge of hunting the store for what I want. This is especially true during the holidays when there are a lot of people to compete with.

These guys are super helpful. They know what they're talking about, and they can help you find the best deals. When I went in with a computer that wasn't working, they were super easy to work with to help me exchange the laptop. 10/10 would recommend this store specifically.

Thank reason this experience got a 4 instead of a 3 star was because of the service given. The associate answered questions was knowledgeable about the product I was asking about and when he didn't know the exact answer didn't pretend to know. I knew what I needed just not the exact model. If this is how BEst Buy is different from Amazon they are going to continue to thrive in the Cutthroat retail space.

I walked in knowing exactly what I wanted. 90% of the time when I verify that I could pick up in store same day I find that it is something on the floor and I don't have to bother anyone. I could not however find the apple product I was looking for, luckily a gentleman approached me and asked if I needed help. I decided that I would ask him for the device I needed and save some time. He goes on to inform me that this adapter does not exist and that they would not have anything like it. I decided to thank the gentleman and leave. I ended up at the apple store getting in and out with the exact item I needed. I tend to try and avoid the apple store but in the future I will head straight there for any apple products. Friendly staff saves the 3 star, lack of knowledge is what brought it down.
