It would be my luck that the hard drive to my Mac went bad in the middle of my midterms week for college. The employee there was very nice; gave me his recommendations along with different prices (college student). In the beginning we didn't think we would be able to recover anything, but several phone calls later he told me he could get them back. Here's the greatest part: I needed to turn in an assignment due the next morning and it was on my Mac. Taking a shot at it, I asked the employee if he could email me my assignment, AND HE DID! I am so grateful for this man, he was my savior amongst my hell week. What great customer service.

Jarod was awesome today!!! I came in with my iPhone 5 which most people say I should just replace but he took 15-20mins and had it working again! The man saved my life! I don't know what I would have done if you didn't help me! Thank you MacLife!
