Idaho Electric Motor Service

This is the type of company and customer service that everyone desires to find! I haven't met Chuck yet, nor has he done any work for me, YET. I called and spoke with Chuck, the owner, today regarding an unusual problem I was having with a small electric motor. Chuck was under NO obligation to hear me out on the phone, OR to assist and help me assess over the phone to try determine what the problem and solution(s) might be. He treated me as though I was an important customer - with kindness and patience straight out of the gate - all the while not knowing if there was a payday at the end of it for him. So, that makes this a bit of an odd review. I haven't met Chuck YET, and no money has exchanged hands, YET. That said, Chuck did provide a service and has already given me a gift today that is impossible to put a price tag on - PEACE OF MIND!!! The motor in question isn't much on its own, but it assists and ensures that my handicap wife remains safe and protected, so that makes it absolutely invaluable in my world, and Chuck quickly understood that, and more importantly, CARED! I highly recommend others to come and patronize this company, if for no other reason than to experience and know what true customer service offered by knowledgeable, caring staff should look and feel like!
