I've booked with marlin travel 5 or 6 times and this location is the worst. Maria, the manager is rude and incompetent offering zero resolutions to whatever problems or questions you might have. Never booking at marlin travel again. I'll go the Expedia route instead who offer plenty of perks when you have an account with them and don't charge you extra fees like marlin travel does. Terrible location. Steer clear.

I had a very good experience booking my cruise with Albert Zamir at the Vaughan location. Great customer service!
