The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I called looking to get some information and book a trip. I spoke with Anna who had the worst attitude and behaved as though she wanted to get off the phone. I have never been treated that way at all in customer service and I will never use this company to book my trips. Would NOT recommend. I was very nice to her as well as I like to give people the benefit of the doubt but she ruined this experience.
