Not even worth giving a single star .. such a rude and irresponsible staff at Scarborough location . I just called for the first time to enquire about a tour and the staff screamed “how many times will I say all sold out, go and check the website”. I was put on hold for no reasons... I wud say she has to be fired from work right away .. hope they prioritize only their community people..if so then publish openly in website you “B”

If ur booking the air lines, this is a good location to go. Customer service was very smooth and helped me find the cheapest. They also called and remind u when's the flight

Agent is very friendly and they help you a lot to find a cheapest airfare. The only thing I dont like is i need to wait for about an hour, lack of travel consultant / agent.
