Marquis on Pin Oak

We lived here for just over a year and really enjoyed it. Everyone was so helpful, maintenance was on point, and the complex/apartments felt clean and safe. So sad to find out Serena from leasing was leaving too! She was amazing.

Best apartment renting experience ever had. Alexis is so professional and patient. Showed me six different apartments. Helped me find a perfect one. They wrote a handwriting welcome card to me. Response so quickly as long as you have a problem.

Toured this property and the property across the street but I decided to chose this property due to the cleanliness, staff & yard. The staff also was really great and made the application process super smooth! Can’t wait to move in!
