Yes a one star… first of all the selections is slim. However, I found one item for $6. When I tell you the begging the cashier did for me to get a card. I haven’t experienced anything like it in a while. It was pathetic and uncomfortable. I had to turn her down several times and finally say I need to leave. Question: Marshalls is the employee’s pay based on credit card approvals? Because she was desperate. I am sitting in my car before moving to my next destination because I had to get this review out. Since my cash is no good at this store and I am made to feel uncomfortable. I won’t patronize this location. “It’s free” smh

Went to the Marshall’s on Hammond Dr. near Perimeter Mall in Sandy Springs yesterday to buy some shoes. The store is on the upper level of the strip mall shopping center. The only non-stair-climbing way up to it-— the up-escalator to it--- was out of service necessitating a long steep climb by a very senior citizen up a concrete stairway that felt like the equivalent of three long flights. After a lengthy rest at the head of the stairs, i went in to shop only to find the shoes jumbled and not really organized by size—thought they did have men’s and women’s pretty much in different sections. All told, I found maybe 8 or 9 shoes in my size scattered among several locations and left the store. On the way out, I politely mentioned to the counter clerk what a poor customer experience I had— first having to hump up all those stairs and then not finding anything approaching a decent selection. She just grunted--- essentially ignoring me. Back down in the parking lot, I commented to another Marshall's-bound shopper that I hoped she had brought her climbing gear. She said that the up-escalator to Marshall’s was most always out of order!! Note to myself: Take this Marshall's off my places-to-shop list.

Manager is very unhelpful . She said I had to take item in another store because item was not in system but before they tried to issue refund . Because of that when I took it to original store. in system said refund was already issued when i had item and receipt in my hand . This store and managers stupid decisions caused me 100$ . Never again coming here

Love this location. Great upscale selection of clothing, purses, perfumes, skincare, and shoes.

I had a full cart of clothes around 1030, I wasn't allowed to try on clothes until 11, and couldn't leave my stuff there to come back? The whole interaction was just really odd and uncomfortable. So I left with nothing I intended to buy and don't plan on returning.

The store is on the second level… and the escalators were broken at the time. This was my first visit running into this Marshalls so I’m not sure if that’s normal for the escalators to not be working during the day but it was an unexpected experience. HOWEVER, we did find what we were looking for fairly quickly so that’s a plus! Lol

Had a great experience. The employee at the billing counter was very helpful. She suggested me to use Apple Pay so that I get 5% cash back.

The collections were pretty decent , few items were costlier

The store is fine, but the bathrooms are absolutely disgusting. I’ve seen cleaner bathrooms at certain gas stations. There was no toilet paper, I assume because it was all squished on the floor. There was no hook for your things, and the floor was wet. It smelled really bad in there.
