Most people think this is associated with the National YMCA but it is not. However, the Y is a great fitness center, has a lot of things that most Y's offer and more.  They have a large swimming pool area kids family area and swimming lanes. Also, there is mens, women's and family dressing rooms. The Y has free weight and exercise machines with exercise classes. The facility has cafe where you can order food or smoothies.

I can't even begin to try to write a review on the place that has changed my life. The staff here is so great. I just don't have anything negative to report. MVCS helps so many people in so many ways. Thank you!
