I am a Hatha Yoga Teacher with special training in Recuperative Yoga and Therapeutic Fitness for mind, body, and soul. I also teach stress management and meditation.
Recuperative Yoga is a Hatha-based yoga modified and customized to fit each students individual needs. Each class takes you through a series of poses while sharing information about the anatomy, bio-mechanics and movements of the skeletal structure. Each class will leave you balanced and connected to your body and mind.

I have a studio in my Bungalow and I teach a Hatha Yoga that anyone, beginners or even those with limitations can do. I am specially trained in the “Recuperative” style. If you are looking for something other then the “gym” environment please come and check it out. Gentle and soothing for any body type or age… you will balance every joint structure in your body and restore or maintain Range of Motion.
Anyone can do this class weather you are suffering form an illness, want to manage your pain, have an injury, manage stress or just recuperating in between other more “performance” based sports. I know many modifications to traditional poses and will show you tricks to build strength without risk of injury.
