Of all the cemeteries in New Orleans, this one is the richest in esoteric symbolism, which will hold much meaning for those in search of more light. The staircase mausoleum of the No. 1 Union Lodge of Louisiana is the most unique in construction of any I have ever encountered in my many ramblings of necropoli in America. This is a dignified place of rest befitting those brothers who have gone on to that Great Lodge, that not made with hands.
One of my favorite places to visit :
A beautiful and tranquil cemetery with beautiful architecture, and located in a lovely area in New Orleans.
