Owner Marc Kinyon came out to my house to give me bid on french drain and leaking crawl space. He was on time for our 2 pm appointment and patiently listened to my concerns and inspected the areas I was concerned about. Why I gave 5 stars is that Marc was the most honest contractor I have ever dealt with. He felt I did not need a french drain, that sealing the cement in the joint area where it was leaking would take care of the problem in the crawl space. I was shocked and so happy to hear that the fix would be much simpler and less expensive than I had anticipated. I highly recommend this company.

I just called in asking for a free estimate on how much to fix our standing water issue in our crawlspace. Mark was EXTREMELY RUDE. He was instantly irritated that I asked for a "free" estimate. Going on to complain about how crawlspaces are (and I quote) 'pretty nasty'. I apologized and mentioned that on the website they advertise free estimates, I said I didn't realize that doesn't covered all their services. Then, hearing my baby cry in the back ground he goes "uhh you need to go to take care of the kid?" I said yeah don't worry about it, I'll call someone else. I don't know who mark is, but if he is the business owner, STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS! And if you're the business owner reading this, fire this guy, he's driving away your costumers. I would have paid you to fix any problem we had, I wasn't trying to scam you or get any kind of free work by asking for a free estimate. Learn some professionalism, Mark!

Happy to write that we had exceptional, expedient and professional response from this company! This crazy weather had me concerned that we would be unable to schedule anyone to help us with our drainage issue, but they were able to come through within a couple of days, same day completion.

During the inspection portion of our home sale, a 'higher-than-acceptable' amount of standing water was discovered in our crawlspace. Even though a low-point drain was installed when the home was built, the water wasn't reaching it and pooled in various places instead. Masonry Masters' bid came in at less than half of what another contractor estimated for the same work. Mark also offered to adjust the schedule in order to get the work done well before our closing date. His crew was prompt, professional, and took all the necessary steps to ensure that the muddy mess they were dealing with in the crawlspace did not get tracked up into the living quarters of our house. The work was finished in about 1.5 days, and the difference was immediately noticeable. No more standing water! To cap it off, a fresh vapor barrier was installed, sans mud and debris, making the crawlspace look nicer, too. An excellent and hassle-free experience all-around!
