100% recommend! Owner and manager have taken great care of me, my friends, and family. Many therapist have worked on me and I've never had a bad massage. I have a few favorites, but am happy with all of them and I'm always impressed by their balance of professionalism and friendliness. I would gladly buy a hundred hours in advance with complete confidence. I have been a member for a few years and will probably remain a member for many years to come!

To start off on a positive note, the staff is very friendly. But paying for 60 min. (only receiving 50 min.) massage or paying for a 90 min. (only receiving 80 min.) massage, leaves me feeling cheated. I have been several times and tried several different therapist, hoping for a better outcome. One therapist was afraid to massage above my knees, one would let my limbs fall after massaging them, and one therapist did a Swedish massage when I was supposed to get deep tissue. So, with all of that being said I had to cancel my membership.

I have never been to get a massage before went there the massage was terrible signed up for their membership only because I was getting a second massage for $10 more thought that it was due on the first try to get a refund the manager/ owner Becca is terribly rude not a very customer service type of person at all!! Definitely would go somewhere else if you're thinking about getting a massage!!

Became a member a few months ago. I have a very irregular schedule. I have never have trouble calling the day before and getting a female masseuse for the next day. Today I had Jodi, she was wonderful. I requested light touch with a Swedish massage, she was perfect! I will ask for her again.

Scheduled an appointment online for a 90 minute massage at 5:00 pm on October 27. I received a call confirming my appointment but they had the time length of massage wrong, which I know happens with some online systems. That was no big deal, I just called and told them exactly what I wanted which was a 90 minute deep tissue massage at 5:00 pm with a female masseuse. They called me today to confirm my appointment and has switched me to a 4:00 pm appointment. The message also stated that my massage would start at 4:30 and end at 5 pm. When I called to once again tell them what I wanted the male receptionist was very rude. I kept telling him my original appointment time and rather than trying to assist me by telling me if that time was available or not he just kept saying, "well it says 4:30 on your appointment." I get it, mistakes happen. But if I am clearly telling you what I had originally wanted and about all the mistakes throughout this whole beginning process I would think a customer service person would try their very best to turn the situation around and try to make the customer happy. I have worked many customer service positions so I get that issues occur, but this whole experience made me cancel my appointment.
