Request was for grab bars in shower. Customer service was excellent regarding appointment setup and Steve showed up on time within days of first calling. Grab bars are high quality, installed perfectly and look good! I am 100% confident now taking a shower, after breaking my right hip. Highly recommend this company.

Steve and his group did a terrific job. We were in a hurry to have a lift installed in our home and Master Grab Bar came through. Everyone at Master Grab Bar was friendly and reliable. I would recommend Master Grab Bar to anyone in need of a contractor who does what he promises, and then some. Great job!

I'm in Delaware this weekend to help my mom, post hip replacement. She's scoped out the area and found Master Bar. She's in need of a few things around the house for when she returns home, specifically a bed assist. This is an unfortunately/fortunately story. Unfortunately, the store is only open Monday through Friday. Fortunately, Mr. Bell is the man! I called him up and literally 10 minutes later we met up and he gave me a bed assist. BOOM! Now that's how you customer service! Bar Master is most definitely a small business, family owned operation. Throw your support behind this business with confidence that you are going to get everything that you want and more for a fair and honest price! Thanks Mr. Bell! My family and I appreciate your help!

They go above and beyond and do a great job! Their grab bars are really nice and they put them in my shower and by my toilet.
