The salesman was pleasant and not pushy. The delivery men kept us informed of the delivery time and were here when they said. The mattress is very nice and comfortable and I believe worth what we paid for it.

I spent 45 minutes online trying to find how to sync my adjustable twin bases and got nowhere. I called the Norman sleep center for help and Dave pulled the manual for me and told me he had an extra cord if I needed one, which I did. I went to the store to pick it up and James went through what I needed to do and told me how they do it at the store, since the cord is short! No charge for the cord - wow. Customer service at its finest.

Highly recommend, we went in on a fairly busy Sunday evening and we were highly impressed with the selection, pricing, and the service we received. Delivery team was professional and on time with horrible road conditions. Couldn’t ask for anything more. Thanks
