Jeremiah was extremely patient and helpful and helped be very well informed about my selection of mattress! His first choice after hearing what I was looking for, was by far my favorite choice. Also, delivery of my mattress couldn’t have gone smoother!

The buying experience itself was easy and fast. When we arrived the gentleman was already helping a couple so we browsed. When they left he approached us and helped us find exactly what we were looking for and we will have our mattress and box spring delivered to our our home on Monday (2 days) and they will haul away our old one! So happy! Update two days after delivery! So satisfied! The mattress is so comfy, best sleep ever. Also the delivery was so worth it! The guys came in and did everything! I didn't touch or move a thing!

All off my mattresses as a kid we’re pirchased here, and as an adult I still shop here! I was in for a new box spring and looking for something more durable than the wood. They had an excellent “flex metal” option that will work perfectly for me, at a much better price than I had anticipated, and a much nicer look than others I’d seen. Craig W. took excellent care of us, and I would recommend anybody to shop here!

If you need a mattress come see Jeremiah at the Norman location. They are very helpful and won’t make you feel pressured. They have a a wide selection and I absolutely love my adjustable bed!!

Let me begin by saying that Brittany at Mattress Firm in Norman was one of the most helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable salespeople I have ever encountered. She was a fantastic mediator between my needs and the needs of my significant other. We were considering ordering a mattress online from Casper/Leesa/Helix, but wanted to try mattresses before committing. After working with Brittany for a few hours (yes, hours -- take your time on this big investment) we were able to narrow our selection to a few models and finally decide on a bed that's the best of both worlds. In the end, it's worth going to a brick and mortar store, talking to someone who knows the merchandise, and getting a professional opinion on what works best with your sleep style. If you're considering buying a mattress (and are in a financial situation to buy one) go talk to Brittany -- you won't regret it.
