I stopped by tonight at 8:35 pm and was greeted by Ashley. From the moment I walked in she had a huge friendly smile. She listened to what I was needing and offered recommendations. She never once rushed me out the door or try to get me into something outside of my specified budget. She knew I was looking for a bed and offered me several options. We looked at covers and pillows and she fully explained the differences between them. As she escorted me out she had a wonderful attitude. I remember telling her Inwish Inhad that much enthusiasm at the end of my shift and she responded with I love my job. Her attitude was infectious that I even said goodbye with a “I love you” LOL 😂! If anyone stops by or needs help please please ask for Ashley. Looking forward to coming back and finally making a decision and purchasing another bed at this sleep center.

Rachael was very patient with my nephew and his girlfriend. They did purchase a bed. I will say a box springs and mattress are expensive these days. I find it really strange that if your purchase is not over $1000.00 you cannot get free delivery in town. I also find it strange that if you do purchase bed over $1000.00 a mattress cover is not thrown in as a freebie, but you are required to buy a mattress cover in case after 30days you do not like the bed and want to return fir a different or more expensive set. Then a processing fee is charged for the return or trade. Really strange rules on beds now days.

I think was a disaster since the first time I tried to pick up my purchased item. My sales girl was great, but the rest of the experience was bad. The distribution center said the wrong parts were present when I tried to pick them up. Went the following week to pick up the correct items, and it was the same package and did not fit in my truck. So they said they would deliver it for me. The delivery guys came and had me take my bed apart and then they laid the two pieces of the adjustable bed down. They did not have all the hardware and the feet to complete the install. They left my master bed apart and they said they would be back that afternoon. I received a call from a service advisor to check up on how the delivery went, I explained the previous. He said he would call me back, but never did. I called at 6:40pm wondering when my bed would be complete. The supervisor told me a part was on order and they didn't know when it would come in. They said there was nothing she could do about it. Finally got a hold of someone on Saturday morning that said they found all the parts I needed to complete the delivery. Did i mention that i had my small daughter help me move that huge bed frames out of my bedroom because I needed somewhere to sleep. And I still believe the top piece of my bed is a used part. But you said you would give me free extended warranty. . They finally sent some other delivery guys that were very professional and took care of me. I have not bought from MB in a long time, now I know why I haven't done so. I will not buy again from this Mathis Brothers.

Very knowledgeable. Wil definitely go there when ready to buy a bed.

Got us a new bed, it is a nice bed and I love it, sleep very well on it. Had a small issue with being told one thing and found out later it was not true.
