Customer service was great at the Yukon location when buying my mattress. However, paperwork clearly states that we would have delivery time notice emailed to us by 4:30pm the day prior to delivery. We did not receive an email and called on the scheduled delivery day to find delivery time. They said they would call us by 9:00am with our delivery time. We called again at 9:15am and they said we wouldn't know about delivery time until 11:00am. My husband lost a whole day of work waiting on delivery of our mattress. The paperwork should be changed to reflect actual business practices and when I brought it to the attention on the delivery center we were rudely scolded like children and said that what our paper work said didn't matter. I will purchase from a company that is clear in their paperwork and keeps their word to their customers next time.

Our seals representative was really awesome and helped us pick out the perfect bed. Delivery was fast and so was the set up. All around was some great service.

I walked into this store just before 7 and was ignored. I finally drug the mattress I wanted up front to hear I can pay for but can’t take it home cause Mathis brothers has come up with rules like no sale after 7. A complete waste of time shopping at this store. Mathis could not care less about customers. From the owner to the cashier. All business trash.
