Great prices but 45 min wait time to get your car
Nice courteous workers
It takes a good minute to park and get your car back. Keep in mind it is midtown Manhattan. And pretty pricey after the first 2hrs.
Great garage.
They damaged the bottom of my car and are not doing anything about it. After I sent email to them, they told me to file a claim on site. When I went to onsite to file a claim, they refused to give me a claim form. Truly despicable! I would give them negative star if I can do it.
Waited 1 hour to get our car. This is ridiculous. And the price is so expensive for this poor service. Never again.
Don't trust the prices the attendents tell you, book online if you have the option.
