Drop off experience was not acceptable. Waited in a line of cars out to the street and actually blocking traffic for an attendant. Eventually had to leave the car on the ramp. Pick-up was fine, but did not make up for the front-end experience.
I went for a biospy. Doctors are well known in this place it is nice and clean and from the secretary to the nurses there everyone was nice and pleasent. And timing was fast and professional..
Good fast service. Car came back just as it came in
Took an hour to get our car because they over parked the garage. There was no order to the situation and people had to start finding their own cars only to have to wait for them to move the cars that were blocking them in.
