Port Parking

I've left my car here contoured times. Hard to count since every Icon seems identical. I have not had any problems. It's more expensive than I wish it were, but it's not like that reality is hidden. They post all their prices where you pull in.

87 extra KM on my car not a fancy car so not sure why??, overcharged the quoted rate and rude attendants park elsewhere.

Worst customer service EVER. Many cars brought up before ours. Checked my receipt twice $60! for 4 hours! AND I tipped them well when I brought my car in!

Stayed 12/19. Had the coupon!!! paid $25 for 6hrs. The total was $60. Extremely busy, nice gentlemen. Car was ready quickly. Nothing stolen or out of place. Was impressed I had left the GPS inside the glove box. Will definitely use this place again.

Waited on a line for 30 minutes to get my car in garage. Then took them over 45 minutes to bring my car to me on pick up .. I was actually given an attitude when I saw over 10 people behind me get their cars and I asked where my car was.

Left footprints, scratches and dents on my hood. They have horrible attitudes. And dont car about your car. I then went to the icon on 48th st and they really take care of you. So not all icons are the same but this one gets negative stars if I could chose them.

HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!! HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!! HORRIBLE!!!!! SERVICE!!!!!!! Got 1 star because I had no choice but they deserve a negative 100 stars. DO NOT PARK HERE THEY ARE CROOKS! THEY WILL ROB YOU!!!! The workers and drivers are the rudest people I've ever seen!!!!

Because we were seeing a show, we had a coupon for reduced price parking and the parking was within a block of the theater....so over all, a good experience

The worst place to park your car! They deserve zero stars! They left kids out in the cold until their parent's coupon was able to be used. The staff are so heartless and extremely rude and nasty!! I have never seen such abuse in the city especially! What a shame. Arnold Diaz from PIX 11 news would have a field day at this place!!
