Attendees and service are good however the price is a rip off and they're just cheating people, there is a big sign when you arrive $31.26 for the day which totals to $40 with tax but when I came to pick they said its $60 except if I get a coupon online and wait a half hr. Until its gets valid...
Service attendant was misleading and charged me $60 when he said I could stay for daily rate $31.26. Lesson learned...pay upfront and get it in writing. #nycparkingislousy

After asking them multiple times if $38 was the maximum for the day, they said yes. This is also on the sign you can see on street view and in person. Mon-Fri $38.01 if you enter after 10:00am. Upon returning, they said it was $60. This is a scam. Do NOT park here.
