Zenith Parking

Do not park your car here , is not 24 hours they would leave you stranded and then laughed about it. Horrible people and the worst possible service.

Horrible service. The guy scratched front bumper of my car and obviously denied it. Never ever park there!

I would leave them NO STARS but it’s not an option. They took my car in for less than 5 minutes. Turned out I was in the wrong hotel. I came back to retrieve my car, again less than 5 minutes. They proceeded to charge me $15 dollars. Robbery, they are crooks. Do not park here!!!!

Ridiculous prices that is pretty much the same with every garage in the midtown area and lots of attitude from the staff.

Parked here during my stay at Hilton Garden Inn on 8th. Only reason i'm not rating it 5 stars is the staff could've been friendlier. Got out after check out within 10 minutes which is remarkable given the location and busyness in general for the garage and area. Would park here again if i stay at the same hotel in the future.

Very slow service. :Line was out onto 8th Ave with cars trying to cut in all the time

I should have read other reviews, I didn't. Just discovered they stole sunglasses, all the loose change for meters, and rifled through my entire car looking for things. Will be reporting to the manhattan police. NEVER EVER EVER PARK IN THIS PLACE.. THIEVES!!!! May 2019!

Should have checked this out in advance. Seemed good, but discovered they had taken several wrapped gifts out of our trunk. Lesson learned.
