ABM Parking Garage

I didn’t have a problem with wait times like other reviews said but the staff was extremely rude. They also went through our stuff we set little things up to see if they would go through our glove box or middle console and they did. Staff doesn’t know much about the protocol.

There were 2 miles put on my car. There's no way that it would be two miles up and down the garage. It is a sports car and was likely taken for a joy ride. Management please contact me back. When I inquired about the mileage when picking up my car they asked me to call management to check the cameras.

i wish i could give zero stars. do not park here if you plan on picking up your car after going to the theatre. expect to wait hours for your car no exaggeration. horrible.

Do not park here. Expensive and they are clueless. Be prepared to wait a long time!

I had a coupon for $20 with 6 hour parking while seeing Wicked. I had to wait online for 45 minutes to get my car. By the time I made it to the cashier, I was about 7 minutes past the 6 hour coupon mark and they wouldn’t honor the coupon! Charged me $52! Crooks!

We had to wait 40 minutes to get our car! They need to increase their staff

Good price and close to theaters. Dropped my car easily, but waited 20 min to pay and another 15 min to pick up my car. Probably wont park here again unless earlier in the day

Perfect parking for Gershwin theatre and only a block away from Neil Simon theatre. Valet brought the car up within few minutes.

If only a zero rating was available, it's quite possible this garage would have a negative rating. Every poor review of this garage replicated my experience. Park at ANY other garage.
