WORST insurance I have had since 1978.   Most un-qualified agents and broker have ever had.   They will issue you insurance cards showing your cars are covered when in fact they are not.   IMO they are scam artists and are using every possible trick to make sure that if you ever need your insurance you won't have the coverage you have been paying for.   Anyone doing business with Matt Downey I would highly recommend  finding a reputable QUALIFIED insurance broker.
